  • 10 years of professional experience in the human resources industry

  • Including > 5 years in HR consulting (last with Mercer)

  • Including 2,5 years of corporate experience (former DAX company)

  • Including 1 year as Head of HR at a Munich-based real estate investor

  • Psychology studies in Basel (B.Sc.) and Zurich (M.Sc.) as well as doctorate (PhD) at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU)

“Gemeinsam mit Dr. Tom Siebenaler haben wir bei der Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz Karrierewege für insgesamt 7 Job Profile (z.B. Digital Communication Manager) gestaltet und weiterentwickelt.
In mehreren Workshops mit unseren Führungskräften wurden verschiedene Karrierelevel (Junior-Experienced-Senior) ausdifferenziert, Kriterien zur Beförderung (engl. promotion indicators) entwickelt sowie Kompetenzanforderungen definiert.
