With me, you have an HR all-rounder and strong HR business partner with a deep expertise in the field of HR digitalization as well as people and organizational development.

As a psychologist, I have been working for over 10 years in various positions within the HR industry. Starting in the area of people and organizational development (e.g. performance, career, and competency management), I have continuously expanded my knowledge of HR areas and functions over the years.

During my last assignment as a permanent employee, I build the HR department of a Munich-based real estate investor from scratch and was - as the Head of HR - responsible for all areas of a modern HR management: Starting with the day-to-day operations, recruiting, HR business partnering of employees and managers, the preparatory payroll accounting, to the support of change processes as well as the introduction of an HR software.

A trademark of my work is the mixture of operational and strategic tasks. On the one hand, I have mainly carried out analytical-conceptual projects during my work (more than 5 years) as an HR consultant (most recently at Mercer AG). On the other hand, I was responsible for the implementation of HR projects during my internal roles as an organizational developer for a former DAX company and as Head of HR for a medium-sized real estate company.

For this reason, in addition to my work as an HR Business Partner, I am frequently commissioned for HR projects with a focus on HR digitalization as well as people and organizational development.

Similarly, as an HR Interim Manager or HR Consultant, I am quite versatile and can both - independently plan and implement - new HR concepts.
