With a background in psychology and over 10 years in HR, I help companies navigate their most complex people challenges – from operational day-to-day support to large-scale transformation.

 

My career has taken me from HR IT consulting and organisational development at a DAX-listed company to building an entire HR department from scratch as Head of HR.

 

I bring together strategic thinking and hands-on delivery – because in HR, one without the other rarely works.
