Context: A fast-growing international consulting firm needed reliable HR support across several highly diverse business units.

Result: Several business units and divisions were supported consistently over a period of 19 months.

HR Digitalisation

Context: A mid-sized, tariff bound (IG Metall Bavaria) manufacturing company was carved out of a corporate group and required a new HR IT landscape.


Key services:

  • Development of the HR IT target vision and structured selection of suitable vendors

  • Project management of the implementation until Go-Live

  • Review and creation of works agreements

Result: Thanks to the new HR IT structure, the company was fully operational from day one following the carve-out.

Context: A growing real estate company established its own HR department for the first time – with no existing structures, processes or systems in place.
